Informational only

The Index is an informational leaderboard. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security, and nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. Values marked "Est." are informational estimates. Example companies shown before launch are fictional.

Backing and investing

The Index does not accept investments. Any backing of or investment in a founder will only ever happen through licensed third-party partners, under their own terms.

Bounty and milestones

The $1B Bounty and milestone prizes are planned, sponsor-funded, and coming soon. No purchase is necessary to be eligible. Eligibility, verification (including a CPA audit before any payout), and amounts will be governed by official rules published before launch. We may decline or revoke any listing or award that fails verification.

Listings

Founders are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit. We may remove, flag, or mark as Graduated any listing at our discretion.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Nine North Solutions is not liable for losses arising from use of the site.
